This vision was accomplished with the support and expertise of architects
Buji Libarnes and Kelvin De Chavez. They united traditional architecture with the comfort and luxury of modernism without losing the personality of the local community. In addition, the expression of theme was created by combining Filipino cultural details with the minimalist spirit.

What sets this resort apart from others is the commitment of all employees to provide everything in one safe, fun,

Location
Kapuluan Vista Resort is quietly nestled among 8,113 square meters of lush tropical land on the coast of Pagudpud, which is located at the northern tip of Ilocos Norte.
It is situated in the barangay of Balaoi,
which is approximately one hour and thirty minutes north of the
Laoag International Airport.

Getting Here

From Manila, Pagudpud is accessible by land and air through the Laoag International Airport. The Laoag International Airport serves as the main gateway to the Ilocos Region, with regular scheduled flights via Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines. Kapuluan Vista Resort offers pickups from Laoag to Pagudpud and vice versa. In addition, air-conditioned bus companies such as RCJ Lines, Florida, Maria De Leon, Partas (to Laoag only) and Farinas (to Laoag only) have daily trips from Manila.
